Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Card Dive - Fun Brain Game ("Card Dive", "the App"), developed by AW Innovate (developer account owner: Mohd Ayaaz Siddiqui). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Card Dive on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, rent, lease, or resell the App or any part of it.

2. In-app purchases

Card Dive offers an optional one-time purchase, Remove Ads, which turns off in-app advertising. Key points:

• Purchases are billed and processed through Google Play Billing, using the payment method on file with your Google account.
• Prices are set and displayed by Google Play and may vary by region, tax, or currency.
• Purchases are generally final. Refunds, where available, are handled according to Google Play's own refund policies — we don't process refunds directly.
• You can restore a previous purchase from Settings → Restore Purchases, provided you're signed in with the same Google account used to buy it.

3. Advertising

Unless you've purchased Remove Ads, the App displays banner and occasional interstitial ads served through Google AdMob. Ad content is selected by Google and its ad partners; we don't control which specific ads are shown, and we're not responsible for the content, products, or services advertised by third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its ad delivery, or its purchase systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Extract, decompile, or misuse any part of the App's code or assets.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, artwork, game design, and code, is owned by AW Innovate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AW Innovate and Mohd Ayaaz Siddiqui will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data, loss of progress, or issues arising from third-party services such as Google Play Billing or AdMob.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, No Warranty, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App (new levels, features, or fixes) and may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when the Terms change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the courts of New Delhi, India, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
