Card Dive - Fun Brain Game ("Card Dive", "the App", "we", "us") is developed by AW Innovate (developer account owner: Mohd Ayaaz Siddiqui). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App interacts with, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Card Dive Android app only.

1. Information we do not collect

Card Dive does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, camera, or microphone access. There is no chat, no social features, and no user-generated content leaving your device.

2. Information stored on your device

To let you pick up where you left off, the App stores the following data locally on your device only, using standard Android app storage:

  • Game progress — your current level, scores, stars earned, and win/loss history.
  • Settings — your sound, music, and haptic feedback preferences.
  • Purchase status — whether you've purchased the "Remove Ads" option, so ads stay off across sessions.

None of this data is transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in Android's App Info screen, permanently deletes it. You can also reset your in-app progress at any time from Settings → Reset All Progress.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Card Dive shows banner and occasional interstitial ads through Google AdMob, which is how we keep the App free to play. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect information such as your advertising ID, device identifiers, general device information, and coarse ad-interaction data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Depending on your region and Android version, you can view or reset your advertising ID, and opt out of personalized ads, under your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google Settings → Ads). Purchasing "Remove Ads" (see below) stops the App from showing ads entirely, which also stops most ad-related data collection going forward.

4. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing & RevenueCat)

Card Dive offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.); Google handles that directly.

To keep your purchase in sync and let you restore it on a new device, we use RevenueCat as a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives your Play Store purchase token and an anonymous app-user identifier to confirm your entitlement — it does not receive your name, email, or payment information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.

5. Children's privacy

Card Dive is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your information. The only data that leaves your device goes to the service providers named above (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat) so they can perform the specific functions described — serving ads and managing your purchase entitlement. We do not share data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data retention

Locally stored game data stays on your device until you delete it (via app reset or uninstall). Purchase and advertising data held by Google and RevenueCat is retained according to their own respective privacy policies and retention practices, linked above.

8. Your choices

  • Reset your in-app progress anytime from Settings → Reset All Progress.
  • Manage or opt out of ad personalization from your device's system settings.
  • Purchase "Remove Ads" to stop future ad-related data collection in the App.
  • Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
  • Contact us at any time with privacy questions or requests — see below.

9. Security

We rely on the security practices of the Android platform and our service providers (Google Play Billing, AdMob, RevenueCat) to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we don't collect sensitive personal data directly, which limits our exposure and yours.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new feature or change a service provider. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
